Dear Brian,As I told you before, we can't do sample rolls with die cutting. We don't produce the cutters, so for doing die cutting we have to order a cutter from an exterior manufacturer. That's the reason I asked you, if you were reffering to continuous reels. We would have to ask for a budget for it and then sent it for approval to Saebefabrikken for the inherent costs. Plus, the samples stocked have the common levels of adhesive aplied so, to apply a stronger level of adhesive, we would have to produce a complete jumbo and not only one reel. Also, the standard sizes for the sample reels are 0,115 x 50m and 0,23x 50m, so not even that way we could put two labels side by side to maximize the cutter considering the width, which is 0,128m plus the gaps on the edges and between labels. This is why, commonly, manufacturers only deliver continuous reels for testing or simple A4 sheets. Specific orders with unique features (such as stronger adhesive and non-standard measures) require a lot more complexity in terms of production, than it apparently looks. Taking this in consideration, in terms of die cutting, we always have to work with volume with minimuns of 1 jumbo. We would love to help you on this one but, it's simply not possible for us to deliver die cuted labels for small quantities like those, as samples. On the other hand, I would be glad to ship to you 3 continuos rolls of the materials required. Do you still want them right?I hope you can understand my explanation and our position on this matters.
